On 31 October – 1 November, SOFWERX, in collaboration with USSOCOM, will host a Capability Assessment Event to identify Next Generation Identification and Information Awareness technologies available now, under development, or anticipated to be developed in the next 3-5 years. Focus areas include: standoff biometrics, micro/nano technology, metadata analysis, edge computing, multi-domain sensor fusion, meshed networking, internet-connected home devices, unattended sensors, autonomous vehicles, long-duration power, and full EM spectrum detection.
